Our personal trainers design workouts around your personal goals. They go beyond simply motivating you to exercise. They intensify your workout to build cardiovascular endurance, maximise your calorie expenditure, and bring you to a new level of physical condition through resistance training. Why should I use a Personal Trainer?

It could be any or all of the following:

  • You need extra motivation – although we can provide this initially, it is something we endeavor to get you to do yourself
  • You want to improve your technique
  • You want to know what exercises are right for you
  • You want to see results quickly
  • Many other personal reasons

Am I fit enough?

Our trainers design each workout specifically to your fitness level. From first timers to advanced, our trainers know what gets you results. Why wait to get it right?

How long does a session take and how often should I have one?

Sessions can last from 30 minutes to 1 hour. You can work with a trainer as often as 3 times per week or as little as once per month. That’s entirely up to you. You are then set additional cardiovascular and strength homework to do in your own time, either outdoors or in the cardio gym which you have access to.
